Mereny provides growth marketing and creative services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks and tools remain our intellectual property.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose project details without prior written consent.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
